Diehl Defence of Überlingen makes the IRIS-T — the air-defense missile shielding Ukrainian cities — and its arms revenue jumped 30% in 2023 to $1.4B (SIPRI). The German missile house also builds the IRIS-T SLM ground-based air-defense system now in service with Germany, Ukraine and Egypt.
